GENERAL
No mass production, no fake vintage. Every PAC piece is drawn in-house in Salzburg, sewn in a European shirt manufactory and printed in Germany – on 280 gsm organic cotton. Our licensed drops (SpongeBob, TMNT, Garfield) are official and limited to 200 pieces – our own originals stay in the line-up.

Never for our artworks. Every design is drawn by hand by our own artists – no AI, no templates.
We do use AI behind the scenes where it saves time: for marketing and for bookkeeping.
Yes. Every SpongeBob, TMNT and Garfield artwork goes through the official approval process with the rights holders before it’s printed. We’re an official streetwear partner of Nickelodeon.
Comfort fit, true to size, with a bit of extra length. Between sizes? Take the smaller one. Our male models (184 cm and 180 cm) both wear L, our female model (160 cm) wears XS – the size chart is on every product page.

SHIPPING
From our warehouse in Germany, every business day, with DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Our PAC originals ship worldwide, including the USA (€24.90, US import duties are paid by the recipient). Our officially licensed designs (SpongeBob, TMNT, Garfield) ship to the EU, Switzerland and the UK only – that’s what our licensing agreements allow.
Your order ships within one business day. Germany & Austria: 1–3 business days. Rest of the EU, Switzerland, UK: 2–5 business days. USA: about 6–12 business days. Everywhere else, it depends on the destination and on customs.
Free within the EU. Switzerland €9.90, UK and other European countries outside the EU €14.90, rest of the world €24.90. Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient. All details in our shipping policy.
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking link.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
14 days from delivery, no questions asked. Unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Return shipping is on you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Email meow@poshalleycats.com with your order number – or use the return form included in your parcel. You can also use our withdrawal form.
Usually within 5–7 business days after your return arrives and is checked – at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal.
