2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop poshalleycats.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&C. Deviating conditions will not be accepted unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Contract Conclusion

Product descriptions on our website are non-binding invitations to order. By clicking the "Order" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer. We may accept the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail within 5 working days.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in EUR, inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs will be displayed separately before completion of the order. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the order, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver only to the countries available in the shipping section during checkout, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicated during checkout. If items are not available at the time of order, we will inform the customer immediately.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Solution Society Consulting GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a clear statement (e.g., e-mail) to: meow@poshalleycats.com

Consequences of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days. The customer must return the goods immediately, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal. The goods must be unused and unworn.

9. Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect. Returned items must be in resalable condition (unused, unworn, with tags).

10. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are not liable for damages caused by improper handling, natural wear, or non-compliance with care instructions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and product descriptions are intellectual property of Solution Society Consulting GmbH or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict of law rules and the UN Sales Convention (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria, if the customer is a business. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
