General questions
No mass production. No fake vintage tees. Every PAC piece is drawn in-house in Salzburg, sewn in a European shirt manufactory and printed in Germany – on 280 gsm organic cotton. Our licensed drops are official and limited to 200 pieces – our own originals stay in the line-up.
Our designs are created in Salzburg, Austria, and produced in certified European facilities. Fair, sustainable, and built to last.
Never for our artworks. Every design is drawn by hand by our own artists – no AI, no templates.
We do use AI behind the scenes where it saves time: for marketing and for bookkeeping.
SHIPPING
Our PAC originals ship worldwide, including the USA (€24.90, US import duties are paid by the recipient). Our officially licensed designs (SpongeBob, TMNT, Garfield) ship to the EU, Switzerland and the UK only – that’s what our licensing agreements allow.
We ship daily from our German warehouse with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Your order goes out within one business day. Germany & Austria: 1–3 business days. Rest of the EU, Switzerland, UK: 2–5 business days. USA: about 6–12 business days. Everywhere else, it depends on the destination and on customs.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Return & Refunds
You can return unworn items within 14 days — in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Email us at meow@poshalleycats.com with your order number and a short note – or use the return note in your parcel. We take care of the rest.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
