Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a clear statement (e.g., e-mail) to: meow@poshalleycats.com. You can also use our withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract”.

Consequences of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received including standard delivery costs, within 14 days; you pay the return shipping. The customer must return the goods immediately, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods. Returns

• Return window: 14 days from delivery.
• Condition: please send items back unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchange: happy to swap size or design within 14 days, as long as the item is unworn with tags attached. Email us your order number and what you would like instead.
• How: email meow@poshalleycats.com with your order number, or use the return form included in your parcel.
• Refund: usually within 5–7 business days after your return arrives and has been checked, at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal.
