Shipping

We ship every business day from our warehouse in Germany, with tracking via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Costs and delivery times

• European Union: free shipping. Germany and Austria 1–3 business days, all other EU countries 2–5 business days.
• Switzerland: €9.90, 2–5 business days.
• United Kingdom: €14.90, 2–5 business days.
• Other European countries outside the EU: €14.90.
• USA: €24.90, about 6–12 business days. US import duties (currently about 16.5% on cotton T-shirts) and the carrier's clearance fee are not included and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
• Rest of the world: €24.90.

Outside the EU, Switzerland and the UK, delivery times depend on the destination and on customs clearance.

Customs and import taxes

Within the EU, all prices include VAT and there are no customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU (including Switzerland and the UK), customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient.

Officially licensed designs

Our officially licensed designs (SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Garfield) ship to the EU, Switzerland and the UK only, as our licensing agreements require. Our PAC originals ship worldwide.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking link.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please send items back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
